LIQUID STAINLESS STEEL |
STEEL IT is a real anticorrosion coating with a pleasant satin finish, composed of micro flakes of AISI 316 stainless steel embedded in special blends of polyurethane, epoxy and silicon resins. It is used on all metals and several different materials against extreme aggressive agents like sea water, industrial smokes, acid rains, etc. It has a very high resistance to shocks and abrasions, it resists up to 650° C, it is approved by the USDA and the Italian D.M.21.3.73 for food contact.

WEICON SPRAY ZINC |
While the commercial zinc sprays contain spherical zinc particles, Weicon zinc spray contains zinc flakes of well determined shapes and dimensions, which are water-repellent and 99,9% pure. The result is a superior resistance to corrosion as the penetration of corrosive agents is much more slow and winding. Weicon Zinc Spray easily exceeds 550 hours salt spray test and has a bright clear colour.

MINIBUFFERS
KYB Minibuffers, the result of long years of technical experience of Kayaba Industry, are now being used to absorb shocks in all industrial sectors, thus allowing product safety, noise reduction, curtailment of cycle time, while satisfying the need of increased automation, higher speed, and smaller size of the product.
They can stop an object slowly but surely even in case of high speed impact, like for instance in injection moulding takeout robots while on the other side the low speed series can stop surely and smoothly even a very heavy mass.
They guarantee a smooth stop thanks to the own porous-type orifices, they do not need a mechanical external stopper, they can be installed in parallel and at 360° and do not need adjustments.

WEICON EASY-MIX PE-PP
|
WEICON Easy-Mix PE-PP is a two-component construction adhesive on the basis of methyl acrylate. It is in particular suitable for structural, high-strength bonding of low energy plastics like PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene) and TPE (thermoplastic elastomers). A pre-treatment of the surfaces to be bonded is not required.
